Reports dating all the way back to 1983 suggests Monsanto knew the link between cancer and Roundup's main ingredient, Glyphosate. Over four DECADES of Roundup sales have taken place since then, with ads continually stating Roundup was "safe for people and pets". According to the National Library of Medicine, the incidence of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma has been increasing worldwide for DECADES. The plaintiff was a groundskeeper for a school district who regularly used Roundup on the job. Other successful verdicts against Monsanto resulted in $80 million dollars and $2 billion dollars. By 2020, Bayer offered up a $10.9 billion dollar settlement to resolve the current lawsuits, allocating $1.25 billion to be used for future cases.
While toxic Roundup is finally coming off the shelves in 2023, the CANCER has already spread to our loved ones.
Bayer has announced that the company will stop selling Glyphosate-based Roundup in 2023 and replace the Glyphosate with alternate active ingredients, which are currently undisclosed.
